This is a pressure-resistant explosion-proof fully automatic filling machine designed for compact space, capable of completing the process from the transport of empty cans to palletizing within an explosion-proof area. - The filling valve is easy to disassemble and clean, offering excellent sanitary properties. - The materials for the valve's wetted parts can be selected from SUS304, SUS316, SUS316L, or PTFE (Teflon). - All equipment, including the control panel, can be installed in the explosion-proof area. The photo shows a unit type, but we also accommodate layout changes based on installation location or customer requests, such as modifications to a straight line configuration. Since both the hardware and software of the control unit are produced in-house, it is possible to communicate with higher-level PLCs or PCs via serial communication for data collection and CSV output. 【Equipment Configuration】 1.
